US Judge Says Illegal Immigrants Can Own Guns

A recent ruling by US District Court Judge Sharon Coleman of the Northern District of Illinois states that illegal immigrants can own firearms. Libertarian groups are lauding this as some kind of victory for the 2nd Amendment. This is your brain on Libertarianism. The Constitution was created by the Founding Fathers to protect their posterity, as it says in the preamble:

“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

Posterity refers to their descendants specifically, and the rights protected in the constitution are for American Citizens. At the time of the writing of The Constitution and for a long time afterward only “free White men of good character” could be American Citizens. The Founders of the Constitution would have never supported the right of invaders to have firearms. Blacks weren’t allowed to own firearms for many decades even if they were free because they were not recognized as citizens of America. Non-citizens who were here unlawfully did not have a right to due process and were legally able to be deported without an opportunity to defend themselves in court before a judge. Since the post-1945 moral paradigm was created and then the enactment of anti-discrimination legislation, this has continually been challenged and what was perfectly sensible has been overturned. This is a great example of a Constitution being misinterpreted to create conditions that result in its own destruction.

Martin Sellner Banned From Germany

A prominent “far-right” political activist named Martin Sellner has been banned from Germany over his political speeches which support remigration of the many thousands of new arrivals in Germany. In a previous weekly news article that I penned here on Radical Dose I discussed protests that were caused by audio leaking from a meeting that Martin Sellner reportedly attended:

Sellner is known for his talk about “remigration” at a recent meeting of nationalist populists from the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) that triggered large protests in Germany.

Identitarians belong to an extreme right movement that started in France and mainly campaign against immigration and Islam.

It seems that the German state has decided to support the sentiments of those protestors and to specifically target a highly prominent political activist to make an example out of him. This will have a chilling effect on any political speech that isn’t supported by the German state. These kinds of events always show how competent the state can be at deportation when it wants to be.

Boeing Whistle Blower Commits Suicide… Or Did He?

A whistleblower for Boeing has been found dead in his car, the cause of death is said to be “suicide”. The “suicide” reportedly happened during his involvement in the deposition phase of a court case involving Boeing:

Barnett was in the midst of a legal dispute related to his whistleblowing when he died. In a statement his lawyers, Robert Turkewitz and Brian Knowles, said there was “no indication” he would take his own life.

The statement read: “John was in the midst of a deposition in his whistleblower retaliation case, which finally was nearing the end. He was in very good spirits and really looking forward to putting this phase of his life behind him and moving on. We didn’t see any indication he would take his own life. No one can believe it.

“We are all devastated. We need more information about what happened to John. The Charleston police need to investigate this fully and accurately and tell the public what they find out. No detail can be left unturned.”


The deposition phase of a trial is when either parties will enter any evidence they have pertaining to the case as well as answer questions by the legal counsel of both sides. Boeing has suffered serious financial losses as a result of recent scandals involving planes that are having mechanical issues. The value of Boeing stock has declined from roughly 260 USD per share, to 188.12 USD per share as of the writing of this segment. Whenever alleging foul play in the death of someone, one has to consider whether a motive exists. In this instance there seems to be a clear financial motive. This reminds me of a strange event that took place about 4 years ago that has some similar circumstances. A gunman that reportedly disguised himself as a mail service worker killed the son of the Judge presiding over the Deutsche Bank–Epstein case:

On Monday afternoon, multiple news reports cited police sources suggesting a deceased lawyer is a prime suspect in the case. The lawyer—who allegedly was a men’s rights activist with a case before the judge—was reportedly found dead hours after the shooting, and was in the possession of a package addressed to the judge.

In the lawsuit against Deutsche Bank, investors claim they lost money as a result of the financial giant having to pay regulators $150 million for compliance failures related to Epstein. The disgraced financier was arrested for the sex trafficking of minors in 2019. He died in a Manhattan jail cell last August in an apparent suicide.

According to ABC News, the attack on Salas’s family occurred when her son, Daniel Anderl, or husband, Mark Anderl, opened the door to what appeared to be a FedEx deliveryman. Her son, a student at Catholic University, was shot through the heart; Salas’s husband is in the hospital.


An entirely different situation but they both appear to possibly be some kind of corporate assassination. These massive multinational financial institutions and corporations having the ability to set up homicides of those involved in cases against them certainly is disconcerting to think about.

Irish Prime Minister Resigns

Ireland’s first openly gay Prime Minister Leo Varadkar has announced his resignation this week. There is very little to say on this topic because he reportedly stated that there was “no reason” for his resignation:

Varadkar’s departure as head of the three-party coalition does not automatically trigger a general election.

He said he had asked for a new leader of the party to be chosen on April 6, allowing a new prime minister to be elected after parliament’s Easter break.

Sound emotional as he made the announcement, Varadkar said it was the right time for him to step down and that there was no “real reason” behind his decision.


It seems the luck of the Irish has prevailed and it happened shortly after Saint Patrick’s Day. A snake was driven out of office under mysterious circumstances.

A Man Is Shot in the Head on a Subway

This week’s post about black criminals involves a recent homicide that took place on a subway in New York City. When the news first broke many had thought that the black man in the video was the one who managed to shoot a man in the head. After reading up on the incident I have learned that it was actually the 36-year-old black man who was shot. I also learned that charges will not be filed against the 32-year-old who shot the black man because it was in self defense. Some choice quotes from the article:

On Friday afternoon, the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office cited “evidence of self defense” as the reason no charges are being filed at this time, but the investigation is ongoing.
According to police sources, he was armed with a knife and gun and acting as the aggressor when he got into a dispute with a 32-year-old subway rider.
The 32-year-old man was able to grab the gun and the 36-year-old man was shot four times — twice in the right side of the face, once in the neck and once in the chest.
The shooting happened despite the largest deployment of police manpower in the transit system in decades.

Adams went on to say that he believes this incident was the result of a person with mental illness.

“A person with severe mental health illness, what appears to be severe mental health illness, got engaged in a very violent way. The investigation is going to take its course,


They say he may have mental health issues because in the video he is heard saying that he is a police officer. Allegedly he thought they were illegal immigrants and assaulted them first. Then he proceeded to introduce weapons into the scuffle. This isn’t the first story of a subway brawl turning deadly because a mentally deranged black man was threatening or assaulting someone. The most recent high profile case was when a White former US Marine strangled a black man to death. I am just glad that where I live I don’t have to ride public transportation, and especially public transportation that results in me being stuck in a fast moving metal tube, underground, and surrounded by racial foreigners. What a terrible existence doing that every single day going back and forward from work would be. My condolences to anyone that is currently in that situation.

Re: the Constitution. Whatever piece of paper you put in front of “them” all they’ll do is run their mouth and output a decision they like. They like it the more violent it gets.

Subway: ya don’t go into the subway if you have options. They know the worst that’ll happen to them is that they’ll be called “mentally deranged”. There was a reason for Jim Crow, Segregation, and Apartheid.
